Education and Specialized Training
Dr. Brea Soto's dental journey began at the University of Puerto Rico, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in 2012. Eager to refine his skills, he relocated to New York City to complete a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Montefiore Hospital, solidifying his foundation in comprehensive dental care. His passion for esthetic dentistry flourished during a specialized residency in Smile Design and Cosmetic Restorations, where he honed his ability to craft stunning, natural-looking smiles.In 2018, Dr. Brea furthered his expertise by completing an Implant Dentistry program, mastering the art and science of dental implants. To stay at the forefront of modern dentistry, he completed a hands-on course in Digital Workflow and 3D Printing in the Modern Implant Practice in California. This advanced training focused on digitally planning and executing All-on-X dentures, covering both surgical and prosthetic workflows, ensuring precision and innovation in his immediate implant & prosthesis procedures.

Libel Eduardo, DMD

Dr. Libel Eduardo, DMD, is a passionate prosthodontist known for her skillful blend of precision, compassion, and artistry. With every smile she restores, she brings together science and aesthetics to create dental solutions that look beautiful, feel natural, and support long-term oral health.
She has a special interest in treating kids and teens with missing or unusually small teeth—like “peg laterals”—guiding their treatment over time to restore smile, function, and confidence as they grow.
Education and Specialized Training
She completed her advanced specialty training in prosthodontics at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she developed a strong foundation in managing complex restorative and cosmetic cases. Her expertise includes full-mouth rehabilitation, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentures, and complete smile makeovers—always tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.

Beyond the dental chair, Dr. Eduardo is deeply committed to education. She serves as a clinical attending at Saint Barnabas Hospital, where she mentors general dentistry residents in prosthodontics, helping shape the next generation of dental professionals. Whether it’s the motivating pulse of a favorite playlist during a workout or the calming rhythm of carefully selected tracks during treatment, music helps her stay present and connected. She also cherishes the energy of live concerts, where she can fully immerse herself in the sound and community that music creates. Dr. José Rivero
Board-Certified Dentist Anesthesiologist
Dr. José Rivero is a highly skilled, board-certified Dentist Anesthesiologist with over 10 years of experience helping patients feel at ease during dental treatment. Practicing across New York and Florida, he specializes in making complex procedures more comfortable and accessible, especially for those with dental anxiety or special medical needs.
Education and Specialized Training
Originally from Venezuela, Dr. Rivero earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela. He then advanced his training in the United States, completing a prestigious AEGD residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center. He also completed an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery internship at Beth Israel/Jacobi Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by a rigorous three-year Dental Anesthesiology residency at Jacobi Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident.
Expertise and Clinical Focus
With hands-on experience from a Level 1 trauma center, Dr. Rivero is well-equipped to handle both routine and complex cases. He now works with Metropolitan Dental Anesthesia, providing personalized sedation and general anesthesia in-office—helping patients receive the care they need without the stress of a hospital visit.

Dr. Rivero also shares his passion for dentistry and education as a faculty member at Saint Barnabas Hospital. There, he trains residents in Pediatric Dentistry, Oral Surgery, and General Dentistry programs, offering both clinical guidance and classroom instruction.

He is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) by the American Heart Association, and is fully licensed to practice in New York. Dr. Rivero offers bilingual care in English and Spanish, and is committed to making every patient feel safe, respected, and comfortable.

He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine in 2014.
Following dental school, Dr. Ramos completed a rigorous General Practice Residency at Montefiore Hospital in New York, where he gained valuable experience in comprehensive patient care. He then pursued specialized training in Periodontics and Oral Implantology at the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine.
Recognized for his academic excellence, Dr. Ramos scored in the top 1% on the National In-Service Examination administered by the American Academy of Periodontology. He is a proud Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, maintaining board certification in both Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery.
